By accessing or using the BallotBox platform, provided by Centurion Computers Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization (such as a First Nation, Municipality, or Corporation), you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Platform Governance

Role-specific responsibilities and expectations.

For Voters

Voters must provide accurate information for eligibility verification. Attempting to cast more than one vote, impersonating another voter, or interfering with the voting process of others is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action under community bylaws or applicable law.

For Electoral Officers & Staff

Officials are bound by the Election Administrator Terms and Election Integrity Protocol. You agree to maintain the highest standards of impartiality and to follow all documented procedures for ballot reconciliation and chain of custody.

3. Indigenous Data Sovereignty

BallotBox respects the principles of OCAP® (Ownership, Control, Access, and Possession) for First Nations data. Communities maintain full ownership of their data. Centurion Computers Ltd. acts strictly as a custodian.

4. Limitation of Liability

Centurion Computers Ltd. provides this platform "as-is." While we maintain rigorous security standards, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
